Hello, I’m De’Andre Reed
Founder of Diligent Healthcare Solutions

I have spent more than 15 years serving seniors and individuals with disabilities through the senior living and healthcare industry. Throughout my career, I’ve helped older adults and their families navigate important decisions, connect with valuable resources, and better understand their care and support options. From 2021–2024, I also served on the Adult Protective Services Board, helping promote awareness and advocacy for vulnerable adults and seniors in our community.
As the owner of Diligent Healthcare Solutions, my mission is to make Medicare easier to understand and less overwhelming. I believe in educating clients, answering questions, and providing personalized guidance so they can feel confident in their healthcare decisions. As an independent life and health insurance agent, I’m able to compare plans from multiple insurance carriers rather than being limited to just one company — helping clients find coverage that best fits their healthcare needs, lifestyle, and budget. Whether you are turning 65, retiring, or reviewing your current coverage, I’m committed to providing honest guidance and dependable support every step of the way.

After our review, if you still have questions or just need more time to compare your options, we can send you a secure link to a personal plan comparison tool. This can allow you to continue reviewing available options at your own pace after our conversation.
That means you do not have to rely on guesswork — and you do not have to feel rushed
A Scope of Appointment (SOA) form is required by federal regulations before a personal Medicare plan review. This simply notes the specific plan types you want to look at.
